3. Booking and Payment

Bookings require full payment or approved payment plan. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance for full refund. Weather-related cancellations receive full refund or rescheduling.

4. Safety and Liability

Participants must disclose medical conditions and fitness limitations. All participants sign liability waivers. We maintain comprehensive insurance but participants assume inherent outdoor activity risks.

5. Equipment and Gear

Rental equipment must be returned in good condition. Damage beyond normal wear results in replacement charges. We provide equipment maintenance and safety inspections.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must follow guide instructions, respect wildlife and environment, and maintain group safety standards. Disruptive behavior may result in tour termination without refund.

7. Photography and Media

We may photograph tours for promotional purposes. Participants can opt out of photo usage. Professional photos taken during tours are included in service packages.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety, weather, or environmental conditions. Alternative activities or full refunds will be provided for significant changes.
